All the minor detailing which goes on a plate was very well taken care of keeping in mind the nawabi taste of Lucknow peeps. Staff recruitment and their training was also done quite skilfully. All and all this professional tie up has been a very efficacious experience. Way to go ZION !!

While working with Zion Hospitality I have learnt Pan Asian cuisine so much deeply. Chef Umesh has unique idea to do menu engineering.
